THE FUND RAISING COMMITTEE

Our Committee is made up of a group of enthusiastic people whose aim is to raise funds for the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful parish church.  It also provides a small amount of financial help to other local organisations.  We hold a variety of events throughout the year includng one event in aid of charity, which this year (2010) will be a children's charity.

'The Lunch Box' continues to be held in the Village Hall on Wednesdays. 
 It was started in August 2007 and was the inspiration of Sheila Prothero and Denny Cooke.  It provides not only the opportunity for a tasty and reasonably priced meal but also the chance to sit and chat with friends.  Everyone is welcome - you don't have to live in the parish!
